What Miskari does

Miskari is a workspace for owners of commercial property - office, retail, industrial, mixed-use. It keeps your leases, bills, maintenance, and tax appeals in one place so you are not managing them across spreadsheets, email threads, and a filing cabinet.

The day-to-day workspace is a monthly subscription. Tax protests, utility-rate switching, and insurance shopping are priced per result - you pay only when we save you money, and never more than a flat cap. No retainer, no upfront cost.

Who we are

We are a small team based in Texas. We started Miskari because we saw commercial landlords - especially solo owners and small portfolios - manage their properties the same way they did 20 years ago: manila folders, spreadsheets, and annual reminders scrawled on a notepad. The tools that existed were either built for massive property management firms or stripped-down consumer apps that treated a retail strip center the same as a residential rental.

We are not a faceless platform. If you have a question or run into a problem, contact us directly - a person will respond.

Where we operate

Tax protest service is live in Dallas County (DCAD) today. We are actively expanding to additional Texas counties and then to other states. If your county is not yet supported, the property management workspace still works for you - only the automated protest filing is county-specific.

Security and data

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. You can export everything and delete your account at any time. Read the security overview and privacy policy for details.
