What we use
Miskari sets essential cookies to run the service, and one optional analytics cookie set (Google Analytics 4) that is only created if you accept it. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, we do not load advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share what analytics collects. This policy supplements the Privacy Policy.

We also store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage, so the notice is not shown on every visit. Declining is remembered the same way accepting is.
Your choice about analytics
Analytics is opt-in. Google Analytics loads only after you press "Accept analytics" in the cookie notice; until then, and permanently if you choose "Essential only", no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Declining costs you nothing - every part of the service works either way.
Analytics never runs on the pages reached by a link we sent on your behalf - tenant portals, rental applications, document-upload requests, signature pages, and shared investor or property links. Those URLs contain the access token itself, so they are excluded outright rather than merely un-cookied.

Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in; blocking the language cookie will reset your language preference. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across every site with Google's browser add-on.
